Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bigscreen account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the product in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
